What We Do (the longer version)
We consult on communication projects of all kinds. We usually collaborate—especially with the C-suite—to inform, educate, and persuade your audience. (We can integrate seamlessly into existing teams or produce a finished product independently, after a quick briefing: your choice.) Either way, our job is done only when your message truly engages your audience.
Our Approach
We agree with Orwell (on several fronts). All readers—and listeners and viewers—want clear communication. (Vivid and memorable are good, too.) Most communication projects are a journey through fog toward clarity. We love guiding you there.
We’re Audience-Centric
Clients are often surprised by our emphasis on audience. But the “here’s what we want to tell them” method is old school. (And not in a good way.) We help you answer:
1. Who exactly is our audience (and what do they need and want)?
2. What do we want them to “get” from this communication?
3. How does this message connect to the “big picture” (larger strategic goals)?
Our Mission
To develop and deliver pellucid and engaging collateral.
pel·lu·cid. adjective: 1. translucently clear. 2. lucid in style or meaning; easily understood. 3. (of music or other sound) clear and pure in tone.
Communicate.
Engage.
Persuade.
“Try to be
one of the people
on whom nothing is lost.”
— Henry James
